Jordans has been home to Quakers since the 17th century, and the tradition is strongly upheld today.  Currently using Jordans Village Hall while Jordans Meeting House is restored, the Meetings for Worship reach out to all ages.

The Chilterns boasts seven Quaker Meeting Houses.

Mark 28th September 2008 in your diary.  2007 was was reasonably successful for us this year, and without doubt COIN will be buzzing with ideas for an even better 2008.

Find details of our beautiful, historic village.  Once home to John Milton, who composed part of Paradise Lost here, and Oliver Cromwell’s army, you can still see the bullet holes where they used the church tower for target practise.
